Introduction & Consent
Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services and products of the 7kbd platform ("Platform"). 7kbd is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for Bangladeshi players. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.
These Terms have been written in English for Bangladeshi players. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

Eligibility & Age Requirement
Minimum Age
You must be 21 years of age or older to use the 7kbd platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 7kbd may request the necessary documents to verify your age at any time.
You confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are entering into this agreement with full legal capacity.
Geographic Eligibility
This platform is operated for Bangladeshi players. Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of their own region. 7kbd reserves the right to restrict access for any region or individual.
Single Account Policy
Each individual may register only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
Account Registration
Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation. 7kbd reserves the right to verify information at any time.
Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Notify 7kbd immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. 7kbd will not be held responsible for any misuse of your account.

Account Verification (KYC)
7kbd conducts an identity verification process (KYC) to ensure security and prevent fraud. You may be asked to submit identity documents before making a withdrawal or performing other activities. Failure to submit the required documents on time may result in temporary account suspension.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Accepted Payment Methods
7kbd currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following mobile banking methods:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
- Nagad — Mobile banking service from Bangladesh Post Office.
- Rocket — Mobile wallet service from Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.
Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, in some cases it may take longer due to KYC verification, bank processing, or other technical reasons.
Transactions from Your Own Account
All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions via third parties are not accepted and may result in account cancellation.
Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
7kbd offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳10,000 before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus.
Bonus Usage Policy
- A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
- 7kbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonuses may be cancelled if fraudulent or unusual betting patterns are detected.
Gameplay Rules
Fair Play Policy
7kbd is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on our platform are developed by certified software providers and results are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG).
Technical Issues
If a game result is affected by a technical error or disconnection, 7kbd reserves the right to void that round. In such cases, the wagered amount will be refunded. False winning results caused by technical errors are not valid.
Betting Records
The game history and transaction records stored on 7kbd's servers shall be considered final. In the event of a dispute, server data will be used as the reference.
Prohibited Activities
Fraud & Manipulation
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7kbd platform:
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system to gain unfair advantages.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
- Using automated bots or software to play games.
- Unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
- Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
- Harassing or behaving offensively toward other players or staff.
Transaction Irregularities
If unusual transaction patterns are detected, 7kbd may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. 7kbd has a legal obligation to notify the authorities of any suspicious financial transactions.
Account Suspension & Closure
7kbd's Right to Suspend
7kbd reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Failure to complete age verification.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time. If there is a valid balance at the time of the request and all conditions have been met, those funds will be returned to your registered payment method.

Limitation of Liability
